COMRADES, wo|men of the Cyberguerrilla Colmns, commanders and political instructors, working men and working women, workers in the Information and communications technology professions, brothers and sisters in the rear of our enemy who have temporarily fallen under the yoke of the Turkish brigands, and our valiant men and women guerrillas who are destroying the rear of the Turkish invaders!
On behalf of the Cyberguerrilla Soviets I am greeting you and am profoundly moved to know that the Rojava revolutionary spirit and vision for human liberation is successful proud to the core of the establishment of a social revolution with a prominent role played by women both on the battlefield and within the newly formed political system, as well as the implementation of democratic confederalism, a form of libertarian socialism that emphasizes decentralization, gender equality and the need for local governance through direct democracy.
For decades, Turkey has prohibited Kurds from speaking their own language, wearing customary dress, using Kurdish names, teaching the Kurdish language in schools, or even playing Kurdish music. Kurds have routinely been arrested and tortured for any expression of their cultural identity or opposition to Turkey’s one-flag, one-people, one-nation ideology, which originated in the early twentieth century, found full expression in Kemalism, and has endured under the authoritarian rule of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his Islamist party.
But we do not become despondent, we do not lose heart. The enemy is not so strong as some frightened little intellectuals picture him. The devil is not so terrible as he is painted. Who can deny that our Cyberguerrilla Colmns has more than once put the enemy to panic embarrassment and butthurt? If one judges, not by the boastful assertions of the Turkish propagandists, but by the actual position of Turkey, it will not be difficult to understand that the Turkish-fascist invaders are facing disaster. The Turkish invaders are straining their last efforts. There is no doubt that Turkey cannot sustain such a strain for long. Another few months, another half-year, perhaps another year, and Hitlerite Turkey must burst under the pressure of her crimes.
Comrades, wo|men of the Cyberguerrilla Colmns, commanders and political instructors, working men and working women, workers in the Information and communications technology professions, brothers and sisters in the rear of our enemy who have temporarily fallen under the yoke of the Turkish brigands, and our valiant men and women guerrillas who are destroying the rear of the Turkish invaders, the whole world is looking to you as the force capable of destroying the plundering hordes of Turkic invaders. A great liberating mission has fallen to your lot. Be worthy of this mission! The war you are waging is a war of liberation, a just war. May the victorious banner of Apo be your lodestar!
For the complete destruction of the Turkish invaders!
Death to the Turkish invaders!
Long live Rojava, her liberty and her independence!
