His extradition case is postponed and his hearings will resume on the 7th of September, 2020.

Doctors for Assange: The ongoing torture and medical neglect of Julian Assange
On Feb 17, 2020, Doctors for Assange demanded an end to the torture and medical neglect of Julian Assange. Yet no responsible authority has acted. Nils Melzer, the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, and two medical experts visited Mr Assange in prison in May, 2019, concluding that his treatment constituted psychological torture, a form of torture aimed at destroying the personality of an individual.
The situation has deteriorated since then, with continued abuses of Mr Assange’s fundamental rights and the medical risks posed by COVID-19.
The hearing on September 7 is expected to be at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey), Judge Baraitser says.
Julian Assange’s next US Extradition Administrative Hearing is 27/07/20 at 10 AM at the Westminster Magistrates Court in London.
His hearings have been postponed due to a COVID-19 scare in the courtroom. They are scheduled to start again Monday September 14.
